New to Tai Chi and Qigong? Here's the short version.
Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient Chinese arts of movement — and here, they're taught with real depth and precision. Nothing watered down, nothing turned into a vague waving of arms.
The approach is therapeutic, and it starts with how your body actually moves. To practise Tai Chi well, the body has to learn certain things: the hips have to open, the shoulders and neck have to release, the legs have to get genuinely strong, and the whole structure has to move as one connected piece. Getting these mechanics right is the real work — and it's exactly this that makes the practice so good for you. As the movement improves, so does the body. Old injuries ease. Posture rebuilds. The mind settles. Not because the classes are soft, but because they're precise.
Qigong works the same territory from a different angle — simpler repeated movements, breath-led, a faster route into the calm, focused state that Tai Chi builds over time. Together they may be the most complete training there is for a strong, mobile body and a quiet, clear mind. At any age. From any starting point.
Train the art. The health comes with it.
